There is no booking link. Booking requests should be sent to sales@parliament-hotel.ro. Please mention in the e-mail the type of room you wish to reserve.
Accomodation period: 17 – 20.05.2026 (1, 2 or 3 nights, depending on each guest)
Rates:
EUR 98.9 / night – Deluxe Room, single use (1 person), breakfast and VAT included
EUR 123.9 / night – Deluxe Double or Twin Room (2 persons), breakfast and VAT included
Separately, a tourism promotion tax of RON 10 per tourist per night applies.
Payment must be completed by 17.04.2026 (30 days prior to arrival). Reservations not paid by this deadline will be automatically cancelled. A secure Netopia payment link will be generated, with a payment deadline of 18.04.2026.
The deadline for reservations under these conditions is 17 March 2026. After this date, different rates will apply.

Arrival from the airport
The official congress venue, JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, is located in the city center, approximately 18 km from Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP).
Depending on traffic, the transfer takes 30 to 60 minutes.
Taxi / Ride-sharing: 70 – 100 RON (15 – 20 EUR).

For comfort and safety, the most convenient option is a taxi or private transfer directly to the hotel.
Arrival from the Main Railway Station
The JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel is located approximately 6 km from Gara de Nord, the city’s main train station.
Depending on traffic, the journey takes 15 – 25 minutes.
Taxi / Ride-sharing: 25 – 40 RON (5 – 8 EUR).
For comfort and safety, the most convenient option is a taxi or private transfer directly to the hotel.
Parking information
The cost is 10 EUR/day.
