In case of cancellation:
– Until 17.03.2026, there will be no penalties applied.
– Between 17.03.2026 and 17.04.2026 the first night of the stay will be penalised.
– After 17.04.2026 the entire stay will be penalised.
Any guest room reservations confirmed and guaranteed by the guest on the Reservation Link, but not claimed on the day of arrival (no show), will be cancelled and billed to the guest’s credit card.
Any early departure will be 100% penalized according to the period confirmed by the guest on the Reservation Link.
All the guest rooms that have not been reserved until 17.03.2026 will be released.
Hotel room rates are subject to applicable taxes (currently 11% VAT and 1% hotel tax) in effect at the time of departure.
Reservations must be guaranteed by a payment method at the time of booking.
All rooms will be available for check – in starting at 03:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
Guests will be asked to leave a deposit of 300 RON/room/night for incidents (mini bar, room service, etc.)

Arrival from the Airport
The official congress venue, JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, is located in the city center, approximately 18 km from Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP).
Depending on traffic, the transfer takes 30 to 60 minutes.
Taxi / Ride-sharing: 70 – 100 RON (15 – 20 EUR).
This hotel does not provide shuttle service.
Alternate airport transportation:
Premium car: 280 RON
Premium van: 400 RON (hotel to airport and vice versa)
