As for the payment conditions, full prepayment (100%) is required.
Free cancellation is available until 02.05.2026. Cancellations made after this date will incur a penalty equivalent to one night’s accommodation. No-shows will be charged 100% of the stay.
Participants may book their accommodation subject to hotel availability at the time of booking.
Starting January 2026, pursuant to Decision no. 516/23.12.2025 of the Bucharest General Council, the special tourist promotion tax of the Municipality of Bucharest has been amended.
The tax is 10 RON per person per day and applies to all tourists staying in accommodation units in Bucharest.
This tax:
- is NOT included in the accommodation rate;
- is payable directly at the hotel reception, during the stay, by each participant;
- is established by local authorities and is mandatory.

Arrival from the Airport
The official congress venue, JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, is located in the city center, approximately 18 km from Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP).
Depending on traffic, the transfer takes 30 to 60 minutes.
Taxi / Ride-sharing: 70 – 100 RON (15 – 20 EUR).

Arrival from the Main Railway Station
The JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel is located approximately 6 km from Gara de Nord, the city’s main train station.
Depending on traffic, the journey takes 15 – 25 minutes.
Taxi / Ride-sharing: 25 – 40 RON (5 – 8 EUR).
For comfort and safety, the most convenient option is a taxi or private transfer directly to the hotel.
